Class Description:

Training Description
This training provides districts and ITC staff with the background knowledge necessary to understand the data scrubbing process for D3A2.

Training Objectives
Participants will learn how to:

  • Access and log into the Data Scrubber.

  • Upload and process student scores and item analysis files.

  • Describe the three tabbed areas of the scrubber and the tasks that are performed on each.

  • Define the term crosswalk and identify the source of state-issued student and teacher ID numbers.

  • Find essential support documents located on the D3A2 project website.

Target Audience
District and ITC staff members who are tasked with the responsibility of preparing district data for upload to the D3A2 Data Warehouse. District titles include but not limited to: EMIS coordinators, Test Coordinators, Curriculum Directors, Technology Coordinators, and data team members.

Implementation & Data Preparation (recommended).
