Training Purpose This course outlines the D3A2 implementation process, and includes instruction in: the roles and responsibilities of district and ITC staff; the tasks involved with data preparation; and how to access essential support documents.
Training Objectives Participants will:
- Understand that D3A2 implementation is a shared responsibility between districts and their ITCs.
- Know how to initiate the implementation process.
- Describe what types of data are contained in the data warehouse and how data makes its way to the D3A2 team for upload.
- Know what data must be scrubbed, who performs the scrubbing, and why.
- Identify the location of resources that can help guide them through D3A2 implementation.
Target Audience District and ITC staff members who are interested in how to help districts to get up and running with D3A2 including but not limited to: EMIS coordinators, Test Coordinators, Curriculum Directors, Technology Coordinators, and district data team members.
